Can I see emails and messages my assistant has received?

Yes. OpenAssistant gives you full visibility into the messages your assistant receives and sends.

There are two ways to view your assistant's messages, depending on what you're looking for.

If you're checking on a particular task — for example, to see whether someone responded to a scheduling request — you can view the full conversation directly from the task.

Go to your In Progress or Done tasks and click on the task you want to review. You'll see all messages associated with that task, including messages your assistant has received and sent.

This is the easiest way to check the status or conversation history for a specific request.

You can also view your assistant's inbox directly from the OpenAssistant dashboard:

The Inbox shows the email threads your assistant has access to, giving you visibility into what your assistant sees and the conversations it is participating in.

This is useful when you want to review your assistant's email activity more broadly rather than looking at a specific task.

Between individual task histories and the assistant Inbox, you can see the messages your assistant has received and sent, so you always have visibility into its communications.
